SNAKE EXERCISES
There a several levels of complex exercises required to develop the unique, fluid, and powerful way in which Snake moves and fights. These exercises are done both standing and on the ground and some of them can be more difficult than the highest levels of Yoga just to hold, and while moving full speed. Snake Kung Fu Masters also train tandem exercises that require two high level practitioners. Unlike sport or fitness training these exercises are directly related to combat.
SNAKE FORMS
There are six forms trained in Imperial Snake Kung Fu each one consisting of 1-3 hundred moves. These ancient forms hold vast amounts of knowledge about Snake Kung Fu and every set included in these forms has and will work in combat vs. multiple opponents. These forms are much more guarded, more practical, and train students in brutally effective techniques, that transfer directly to combat.
SNAKE SETS
Sets are a crucial part of training all martial arts. These traditional techniques are practiced over and over with a training partner to develop the muscle memory, reflexes, and skill of the technique for combat. Sets and forms are the primary ways that Masters pass on ancient knowledge to the next Masters.
SNAKE DRILLS

These traditional and modern devices are some of the guarded secrets of our arts that will never be shown outside of class.
SNAKE MATCHING
Animal Kung Fu mastery requires a lot of matching. Imperial Snake matching is done vs multiple opponents and often times on balancing posts, in the dark, or blindfolded.
